What a beautiful place! We have had such a lovely time! Thank-you for all the little touches and your efforts which have made our stay welcoming and relaxing. Hope to see you again! I have just had the most wonderful night of 5* heaven in this little beauty….Such a warm welcome…Bottle of wine and homemade chocolate cake waiting for us….Fresh milk in the fridge and full tea coffee and sugar jars….hot tub under the stars…. really warm and comfortable ..would recommend it for anyone wanting to escape…B.B.Q and Fire pit everything you could want….And breakfast as well… We have just returned from a fabulous night in the Shepherd’s Hut! We loved it! The hut is stunning, with stunning furnishings and accessories, and a very comfy bed! There was a beautiful homemade cake waiting for us, and beers in the fridge, perfect! The hot tub is amazing….I wish we had one at home! Our stay at West Hale Gate Glamping was great and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a a break here! xx 5 star glamping! Remote location with luxury accomodation – perfect. We stayed on a very windy night in late December and the hut was so warm and cozy. Mandy and Ed are first class hosts, the full english breakfast was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Shepherd’s Hut. We were made to feel welcome throughout by Edward & Mandy – with a scrumptious homemade cake on arrival and breakfast and fresh coffee brought to us at a time to suit us. The Hut itself was warm and cosy, as well as being furnished to a very high standard, which certainly made glamping feel luxurious. The shower/toilet hut was also very homely. Bubbly in the private hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day out walking in the Wolds. We would certainly recommend West Hale Gate Glamping for anybody looking for a relaxing break in the Yorkshire countryside. We had a lovely (peaceful) night away here and immediately felt welcome! The shepherds hut was perfect and had everything we needed and the hot tub was an added bonus. Mandy and Ed provided us with a fabulous cooked breakfast in the morning – we’ll definitely be recommending West Hale gate Farm to our friends and family. Thank you again. This place was recommended to us by a friend who had previously stayed. We went for two nights in September. Mandy greeted us upon arrival and made us a cup of tea and showed us around the accommodation, a very pretty Shepherd’s hut. She also showed us the huge hot tub which we could use and the quirky shower and toilet hut. After we had settled in we decided to chill out in the lovely cosy hut and then use the BBQ that night to make our dinner. This was followed by a lovely soak in the hut tub as the sun set and the stars come out. All that fresh Yorkshire air made for a very sound nights sleep.Next morning we had opted for a full English breakfast in the farmhouse dining room. It was generous and delicious. We spent the day exploring the lovely market town of Beverley and stopped for an early dinner at the Bluebell in a nearby village only a 15 min drive from where we were staying. It was an excellent recommendation. Back to our lovely hut for our last night and a final dip in the hot tub. It really is huge. Our departure day we decided on a lighter continental breakfast served in our hut. All fresh and delicious. Great coffee too. We loved our stay. Mandy and Ed are lovely hosts, little touches like the bottle of fizz in the fridge for us to enjoy really made it special. It was good value too as we’ve stayed at quite a few glamping places and they can be very pricey. Will definitely stay here again.
